Delivery and Pickup

We are pleased to offer complimentary local delivery throughout the Boston Area. Every delivery includes our white-glove service, with our team bringing your order directly into your home for a seamless experience.

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you within 1 business day - by phone or email - to coordinate a delivery date and time window that works best for you. Deliveries are available 7 days a week. You’re also welcome to place your order well in advance; we’re happy to schedule your delivery accordingly and can store your items in our warehouse for up to 6 months.

For orders that do not qualify for complimentary delivery, we will reach out prior to processing to review any applicable delivery fees. During checkout, you may also include a custom note with any special instructions or questions.

We also offer convenient order pickup from our Norwood, MA warehouse, which can be selected at checkout. After your order is received, we will contact you within one business day to coordinate pickup.
